CULINA is a small friendly neighbourhood bistro located in Edmonton in the beautiful Millcreek district just west of 99st and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Owned and operated by Brad Lazarenko, CULINA supports and promotes local small businesses. The food can be described as "modern comfort food" with ethnic influences.
CULINA is available for private functions and specializes in "family style" dinners. For more information please call 780-437-5588.
CULINA sources all meats from local Alberta farmers and strives to use local produce whenever available.
Culina has seating for 40 and 6 seats at the bar. There is a small 10 seat patio and also an intimate winebar next door called passatempo where you can enjoy a glass of wine while waiting for a table at CULINA.
The room was co-designed by Rob Buttery and Trevor Furmanek and is a modern take on a classic french bistro. The room has warm colours, sultry paintings, and ambient lighting. Upbeat music is always playing.
